Dr Miglani graduated from the University of Delhi, India in 2002. He completed postgraduate training in anaesthesiology in India before undertaking further specialist training in Ireland, obtaining the FCAI and a Fellowship in Pain Medicine with the Faculty of Pain Medicine, College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland. He also holds the European Diploma in Regional Anaesthesia (EDRA) and the European Diploma in Pain Management (EDPM) from the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Therapy, the Fellowship in Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) from the World Institute of Pain, USA, and a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr Miglani has published peer-reviewed research in regional anaesthesia and airway management, including a multicentre randomised controlled trial on ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia education and a prospective study on cricothyroid membrane assessment. He serves as an examiner for the European Diploma in Pain Management (ESRA).
