Dr Miglani specialises in the management of chronic and cancer-related pain, with expertise across a broad range of interventional techniques. His approach integrates multidisciplinary care in partnership with psychology, physiotherapy and occupational therapy colleagues, with a focus on improving function and quality of life.

Training & Education

Dr Miglani graduated from the University of Delhi, India in 2002. He completed postgraduate training in anaesthesiology in India before undertaking further specialist training in Ireland, obtaining the FCAI and a Fellowship in Pain Medicine with the Faculty of Pain Medicine, College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland. He also holds the European Diploma in Regional Anaesthesia (EDRA) and the European Diploma in Pain Management (EDPM) from the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Therapy, the Fellowship in Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) from the World Institute of Pain, USA, and a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Research / Academic Activity

Dr Miglani has published peer-reviewed research in regional anaesthesia and airway management, including a multicentre randomised controlled trial on ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia education and a prospective study on cricothyroid membrane assessment. He serves as an examiner for the European Diploma in Pain Management (ESRA).
